Kanban for agent runs
A board where agent runs are the cards
Todo, In Progress, Blocking, Turn Finished, Archived — every session is a card with its model, diff stats, author, and age. Runs auto-archive after 24 hours; nothing gets lost, and nothing needs manual upkeep.
Cards with receipts
Each card carries the model that ran (+1,283 −517 across 37 files, or ⊘ N/A for a conversation), who started it, and how long ago — the state of the org at a glance.
Click into the trajectory
A card opens its session detail in place: the trajectory summary, touched files, Edits and Reads with per-file diff counts, and one-click Replay.
Review from the board
Request review on a blocked run, review edits file by file, and fork the session to continue in ORG-2 — the board is a workflow, not a report.
Blocking made visible
Runs that need human sign-off surface in their own column instead of dying silently in a terminal you closed.
Views for different questions
Kanban, List, Diary, and Data Sources views over the same record; filter by agent, range, and archive policy.
Issues alongside runs
Org-level issue and project surfaces connect the work items agents execute to the goals they serve.
